Our process is easy and stress-free. Fluffed Petcare uses the Time to Pet software and app for managing bookings. Simply sign up with our portal link and schedule your first booking!

Our Time To Pet portal and app manages all bookings, staff calendars, payments, fur-family information, and visit reports. Clients receive a thorough visit report with photos after every scheduled visit.

  • Melanie LeGro

    BUSINESS OWNER

    Owner and operator of Fluffed Petcare and animal care professional for over 20 years. She is our cat care specialist and has extensive experience working with anxious/sensitive, senior, and special needs furbabes. She is a molecular and stem cell biologist with 12 years of experience working with CSU/UC research animals. Previously she worked as an Environmental Scientist for the state of Califonia and also as a nursery manager for a CA wildlife rehab facility.

    She is a top-rated petsitter with 100+ 5-star reviews.

    Francisco Osornio

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Dad to both human and fur babies and Fluffed’s personal dog chef. He is experienced in adding whole foods as a supplement to dog diets. His specialty is working with dogs for check-ins, walks, and diet management. When he’s not playing with doggos he’s a serious sports enthusiast and a golf caddy to novice and professional athletes at Pebble Beach golf courses.

    Hi everyone! My name is Divija Keswani and I am a current Junior studying Psychology and Feminist studies at UCSC! I've been a pet lover since I was little and have my own fur baby, my black cat Flea! I've been pet-sitting for more than 2 years now and when I'm not walking dogs or cuddling with cats, I love going to the beach and cooking up new recipes with my friends!

    Hello my name is London, I'm a third-year student at the University of California Santa Cruz. I'm majoring in Marine Biology to achieve my dreams of working with sea animals and identifying solutions to restore our oceans in response to the urgent and growing threat of global warming. In my free time, I love to hang out with my friends and my boyfriend, listen to music, and go to the beach. I love animals and am excited to get to meet the different kinds of pets all over the Santa Cruz area!
